*ALL 7TH AND 8TH GRADE ATHLETES MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL AND CONCUSSION SIGN OFF SHEET ON FILE AT SCHOOL BEFORE THEY CAN BEGIN PRACTICE.  PHYSICALS ARE GOOD FOR ONE CALENDAR YEAR.
